Building upon the information gathered during our initial consultation, we compile various styles and visuals that will fit your space well. This is when we create a space plan and 3D renderings for the initial design concept. We use the images to help you visualize the direction and confirm that the project’s objectives are aligned between the designer and the client.

After presenting our initial concepts, we value the input and feedback from our clients. We listen attentively and make any necessary adjustments to our ideas based on your preferences. We aim to collaborate with you until we achieve a final concept you are delighted with. Once the design concept is finalized, we develop an approved floor plan with fixtures, furniture and all other design elements. At the end of this phase, everything comes together with creating all necessary procedures and specifications to get the project started.

Once you give us the green light, we proceed with finalizing all the choices, which may involve placing orders for furniture, materials, and other products. We collaborate closely with builders, tradespeople, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process. Our team works diligently to ensure that every item is installed with care, maintaining high quality and safety standards.

In the last phase of our design process, we conduct a final inspection of your project to ensure that you and our team are satisfied with the result. Once everything meets your expectations, Onpoint hands over the completed project to you. We also provide a designated period for you to report any issues you may encounter, as we want to ensure that the space is functioning at its best.
